For Courses, Events, Sessions And Memberships

1. Payments

  • Course prices are stated at time of booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Full payment is due 14 days before the course.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Private 1:1 Sessions (£250):

  • Fully refundable with 24+ hours’ notice.

  • No refund if cancelled late or missed.

5-Session Package (£1,000):

  • Non-refundable once the first session is used.

  • Must be used within 6 months.

  • 24+ hours' notice required to reschedule.

Courses (Basic, Advanced, Dig Deeper, etc.):

  • £450 new / £225 repeat.

  • Deposit is non-refundable.

  • Balance refundable up to 14 days before course.

  • No refunds within 14 days.

  • Dates are not transferable.

Intuitive Anatomy:

  • £1,800 new / £900 repeat.

  • Same refund rules apply.

Practice Groups & Meditation Evenings (£15 each):

  • Non-refundable if missed or cancelled late.

  • No replays available.

Membership (£25/month):

  • Cancel any time via dashboard.

  • Access continues to the end of billing period.

  • No partial refunds.

3. Participation

  • No alcohol or illegal substances 48 hours before/during.

  • Must inform us of relevant health issues.

  • Continue prescribed medications.

4. Promotion Policy

  • No self-promotion, client solicitation, or advertising.

  • Applies to courses, events, WhatsApp groups, etc.

  • Breach results in immediate removal without refund.

5. Force Majeure

  • If events beyond our control occur (e.g. legal changes, emergencies), we may cancel or reschedule.

  • Refunds will only apply to undelivered services.

6. Confidentiality

  • Participant sharing is confidential.

  • This continues beyond the event.

  • You must not share another participant's private information.

7. Media Consent

  • We may use photos/videos for promotion.

  • You may request not to be featured or to have content removed.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Cyprus Legal Addendum

This agreement is governed under Cyprus law and is compliant with EU GDPR:

  • Jurisdiction: Any dispute will be handled by courts in the Republic of Cyprus.

  • Data Privacy: Overseen by the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

  • Language: This agreement is governed in English. Translations are non-binding.
